is firmly committed to the privacy of customers and visitors to its web sites. The following discloses our information

voluntary, and anyone asking to be removed from our mailing lists, both electronic and conventional, will be immediately.
Licensing form information:
This information is used to keep track of who has purchased our software. This information is also used to determine if the software has been "pirated", so that
corrective measures, such as legal action, can be taken. Occasional product updates are also sent to people who have filled out the licensing form.
Feedback form information:
This information is used to improve our products, and is not disseminated in any way. All information submitted is entirely voluntary.
2. How do users "opt out"?
Anyone not wishing to receive information from Quantified can send an email to our
List Manager for immediate removal from all mailings, both electronic and conventional.
3. Usage Tracking
Quantified tracks user traffic patterns throughout our site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Quantified does break down
overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in
every user's browser). Quantified also retains keywords typed into search engines when users attempt to find our site. This information is not correlated with specific
users.
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your
IP address is used to gather broad demographic information.
4. Advertisement Banners on Urchin Reports
Quantified Systems, Inc. works with a third party,
Engage
Media, that serves ads to the "adware" versions of Urchin (2.x and 3.x Community). To
find out more about how Engage Media manages the privacy of information in conjunction with serving ads to Urchin's reports, please go to
http://www.engage.com/privacy.
We contract with Engage Media to display ads on Urchin ASAP 2.x and Urchin 3.x Community reports. Ads
may contain cookies, and appear to be coming from our site, but in reality they are coming from Engage. Our site does not use cookies. We do not have access to any
information about you from cookies you might receive while visiting our site.
